Reed Morgan has spent his career of over thirty (30) years representing people all over the United States who have been injured by their company or the products of a company. This includes toxic tort work, including claims of cancer caused by hydrocarbons such as benzene. He has earned the endorsement of a union approved FELA law firm due to his work representing injured railroad workers and injured persons' employment aboard vessels such as Seaman engaged in ocean or inland work. Mr. Morgan also represents individuals involving product liability claims, oil-field and oil-storage related disasters and airplane disaster claims.

He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in political science and from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California where he was on law review and Dean's List.

In addition to litigating cases, Greg has been a speaker at NBI's Litigating ERISA cases in Pittsburgh and the ADA's Fighting for Fairness in Chicago and Atlanta. Greg was the past chair of the leadership counsel for the American Diabetes Association and current advocacy chair.

Bridget T. Ferris

Bridget is an attorney who practices disability law, employment law, environmental, family law, and wills and estates. Bridget graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Literature, and from West Virginia University with an MA in Literature. She attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law, where she served as the 2007-2008 public service fellow.

In addition to the practice of law, Bridget serves on the board of directors of the Appalachian Prison Book Project and is a Big Sister.
